- To keep records we are required to keep by law.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing without your permission.
4. How the contact form works
Our contact form does not store your details on our website. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", your message opens in the WhatsApp app or website, and you choose whether to send it. Once sent, it is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this policy.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. If we add any in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
6. Hosting and service providers
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. WhatsApp (Meta) is used for messaging. These providers may process information outside South Africa. We only use providers that take reasonable steps to protect personal information.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires. After that, we delete it.
8. How we protect it
The website uses HTTPS so your connection is encrypted. We keep access to our messages and records limited and protected.

- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to us processing it.
